Manages the administrative tasks related to all iWarehouse projects. The administrative tasks related to an iWarehouse project require open communication with various team members including Raymond factory personnel, Associated sales personnel, and Service Center iWarehouse Champions. iWarehouse orders are managed as projects as they can vary in duration from weeks to months. This position is involved with all administrative facets of the project, including product ordering, participating in scheduling installation/implementation and invoicing the customer. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensures all required documents, according to Raymond and Associated policy, are current and completed with accurate information.
  • Ensures Associated terms stated in the signed customer purchase order, proposal, or quote comply with Associated terms.
  • Retrieves all iWarehouse orders through Customer Relationship Manager (CRM).
  • Generates, through Associated ERP (Irium), all documents necessary to place vendor orders and invoice customer accurately
  • Creates the financial tracking document in Excel for iWarehouse Projects.
  • Ensures information uploaded from Irium to Commission database is accurate.
  • Issues purchase orders to Raymond factory and other Raymond Service Centers.
  • Reviews order acknowledgments for accuracy and ensures equipment ship dates meet installation deadlines.
  • Approves vendor invoices and submits to Accounts Payable.
  • Invoices customer upon completion of iWarehouse projects.
  • Sets up documents in ERP (Irium) for monthly billings
  • Provides assistance to Accounts Receivable/Payable to address any customer or vendor invoice inquiries.
  • Assists in the development and attainment of Sales Coordination Goals and Strategies related to iWarehouse.
  • Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation requires.


  • Must be Detail Oriented
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with proficiency in OUTLOOK, ACCESS, EXCEL and WORD.
  • Skilled in time-management and ability to work in a team environment
  • Exceptional Communication skills both written and verbal.        
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment.

 Education and Experience:  

  • Requires a minimum of an Associate’s degree in Business or related field, plus one or more years of experience in a business related environment. 
  • Two or more years of customer service experience in a customer-facing position required.
