Responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the Company’s Rental, ReNewed, Transportation, and Shop Departments.  The Director of Rental & Renewed establishes and executes the Company’s long-term business plan for growth, staffing, asset allocation, and cost management. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sets the strategic direction for the Rental, Renewed, Transportation, and Service Shop Departments.
  • Responsible for creation, appropriate delegation, and execution of Rental, ReNewed, Shop, and Transportation Departments Business Plans towards the achievement of revenue, profit, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction goals.
  • Responsible for the establishment and development of a leadership team within the Rental, ReNewed, Shop, and Transportation Departments.
  • Accountable for the asset allocation, mix, and life cycle management of the Company’s Rental, ReNewed, and Transportation Departments.
  • Responsible for the execution of the company’s physical inventory of Rental and ReNewed assets
  • Ensures a safe working environment through adherence to Company Training and Safety Guidelines.
  • Maintains contact with the public, customers, and other employees for the purposes of networking and information exchange.
  • Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

Education and Experience:  

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, MBA preferred, and a
  • Minimum of 5 + years of experience in Supply Chain or similar industry.
