Responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the Company’s Business Intelligence Group.  The Business Intelligence Manager establishes and executes the Company’s long-term business plan for the design and development of end user reporting, KPIs, and analytics.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sets the strategic direction for the Business Intelligence Department.
  • Responsible for creation, appropriate delegation, and execution of Business Intelligence Department Business Plan.
  • Responsible for the employee development and training of the Business Intelligence Team.
  • Responsible for working with key business stakeholders to design and develop end user reporting, KPIs, and analytics capability.
  • Responsible for the management of information relative to company parts and equipment inventory assets
  • Lead Business Intelligence Team to develop and refine reporting requirements for business stakeholders.
  • Maintains contact with the public, customers, and other employees for the purposes of networking and information exchange.
  • Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.  MBA preferred.
