The Business Systems Support Specialist – Technical’s primary responsibility is to provide business system technical help desk support. Creates, evaluates and tests new procedures and program updates. Creates support material for training and leads train-the-trainer classes. This position serves as backup for the Business Systems Specialist Support - Contracts as necessary.
Education and Experience: This position requires a minimum of at least 3 years prior experience working with business enterprise systems and a high school diploma or GED equivalent. College degree preferred. Experience in developing training materials is required. SQL query syntax knowledge required. Incumbent must be proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook. SharePoint, Access, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
