  • Overview

    General Summary: Provides administrative support by way of scheduling and monitoring rental assets, generating invoicing, and maintaining companywide asset inventory control.  Assists Sales Department in fulfilling customer needs and further developing new customer accounts.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Coordinates Customer and Sales Representative rental order requests.
    • Processes orders into ERP system.
    • Generates short-term and long-term rental invoicing.
    • Assigns asset numbers for new rental equipment.
    • Coordinates rental asset Scheduled Maintenance and repairs via the Service Department.
    • Maintains asset locations for in-house, customer, and warehouse inventories via ERP system.
    • Verifies completed Shop and Field work orders for all Divisional rental unit repairs.
    • Maintains contact with the public, customers, and other employees for the use of information exchange.
    • Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.


    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
    • Skilled in time-management and able to work independently.
    • Skilled in customer relations.
    • Skilled in both written and oral communications.
    • Ability to plan and prioritize work.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer accounts.
    • Ability to apply sound judgment and reasoning.

     Education and Experience

    • Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma/ GED and 5 years of experience in material handling industry.
